BRAND STRATEGY PROGRAM MANAGER, TWITTER (2017 - PRESENT) 

  • Lead production operations for custom, revenue-driving brand marketing programs on Twitter for high-growth opportunity accounts.   

  • Develop internal self-serve tools and establish, document, and implement scalable new processes that drive creative excellence and effectiveness. 

  • Connect with teams outside of the Brand Strategy organization to ensure creative strategists can focus on their best work. 

 

SR. DIGITAL PRODUCER, TWITTER (2016 - 2017)

  • Led iterative digital projects from strategic alignment through deployment with a focus on showcasing a refreshed brand narrative across interactive and experiential properties such as about.twitter.com and blog.twitter.com.  

 

FREELANCE CONSULTANT (2015-2016)

  • Creating and implementing an agency-wide process for brand strategy projects at Backroom and crafting words or strategies for other small agencies.

 

PRODUCT STRATEGY DIRECTOR, CHALK + CHISEL (2013 - 2016)

  • Managed client-facing strategy team to serve interactive product accounts such as: Discovery Communications, Gannett Company, NIKE NYC, and P.F. Chang’s.

  • Collaborated with design and engineering leadership to develop effective, scalable agency processes that fostered innovative work, individual success and drove business efficiencies.

  • Led strategies, user journey narratives, consumer voice and user requirements for native mobile apps, websites and interactive installations. 

 

DIGITAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, SUTTER GROUP (2013)

  • Served as primary contact for mobile and web accounts, including: Land Rover/Jaguar, Windsor Foods, NADA, MSA, and New Futures DC. 

  • Developed project plans, budgets, creative briefs and content strategy guides.

 

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR, HARVEY (2012-2013)

  • Contributed to strategic insight development for COVERGIRL’s North American in-store initiatives, and the brand's first global retail campaign.

  • Coordinated production and quality assurance of 1,000+ localized creative assets each season for retail displays in WalMart, Walgreen’s, Target, and Ulta.
